Notes: - Refurbisher Portal synchronizes enriched product data to both Shopware instances and exchanges operational data with Odoo via Alumio. - Payments are handled by Mollie; webhooks update order states in the storefronts. - Trustpilot invitations originate from storefront events (e.g., order completion). - Zendesk pulls order/customer context from the storefronts; Xelion integrates with Zendesk for telephony workflows.
