iUsed Platform Overview

Welcome to the iUsed System Overview. This document provides a high-level description of the iUsed ecosystem, its major services, and how they interact.


Platform Purpose

The iUsed platform is a modular, service-oriented ecosystem for multi-channel e‑commerce. It connects product data, storefronts, payments, support, and back‑office operations via clear integrations. The architecture focuses on: - Decoupled services maintained independently - Clear, observable data flows between systems - Replaceable components to support future evolution


Core Components

Service Description
iUsed Refurbisher Portal Internal application for supplier/refurbisher management, offer ingestion, pricing/stock management, and synchronization of product data to Shopware instances. Integrates with Odoo via Alumio.
Shopware – Refurbished Direct Shopware storefront/instance for the Refurbished Direct channel handling catalog, checkout, orders, and customer experience.
Shopware – Econocom Shopware storefront/instance dedicated to the Econocom channel handling the full e‑commerce flow.
Alumio Integration platform (iPaaS) orchestrating and monitoring data flows, mappings, and transformations between systems.
Odoo Back‑office ERP for purchasing, inventory, invoicing, and accounting; kept in sync via Alumio.
Ergonode Product Information Management (PIM) to centralize and enrich product data.
Mollie Payment service provider processing payments, refunds, and status webhooks for the storefronts.
Trustpilot Customer reviews platform used for post‑purchase invitations and public ratings.
Zendesk Customer support platform for ticketing and help center; integrates with order context.
Xelion Telephony/VoIP platform for customer service and sales call handling.

Notes: - Refurbisher Portal synchronizes enriched product data to both Shopware instances and exchanges operational data with Odoo via Alumio. - Payments are handled by Mollie; webhooks update order states in the storefronts. - Trustpilot invitations originate from storefront events (e.g., order completion). - Zendesk pulls order/customer context from the storefronts; Xelion integrates with Zendesk for telephony workflows.
