Data flow
- The Refurbisher Portal synchronizes enriched product data from Ergonode to both Shopware instances, and exchanges operational data with Odoo via Alumio.
- Payments are handled by Mollie; webhooks update order states in the storefronts in real time.
- Trustpilot review invitations are triggered by storefront events such as order completion.
- Zendesk pulls order and customer context from the storefronts; Xelion integrates with Zendesk for telephony workflows.
